This is an interesting question.
Blogs: I don't think using "AI to create and monetize blogs" will work in 2025. Google, for example, has cracked down on this, probably because of AI content that flooded the market. Matt Diggity shared an intriguing story about a friend of his who ran a travel content site, where real people wrote professional content about their travel experiences. The site had great SEO results up until the end of 2023, then a slow grind downward. To me, it seems that Google has no way of knowing if a content site is made with AI or not, or if it's high quality or not; therefore, almost everyone gets the foot. Left are some huge sites, like news sites and nerdwallet.com.
Right now the pivot seems to be towards e-commerce and local lead generation, even for affiliate and Adsense sites.
AI Bots / Agent: Now this is more interesting. I think there is a huge market left here up for grabs. Small AI "bots" that do certain things. Even if you can't code, there are millions of people that can. It's pretty easy actually, and ordering a app for it on upwork.com is probably pretty easy to. You use need a good idea, something that isn't already available or something that is better than the existing product.
